Orders placed before 12:30pm EST will be processed for shipment the same or next business day.

Once processed for shipment, you can expect delivery within 4-7 Business Days, usually even faster!

Returns/Exchanges

We're so confident that you'll love your Roamies that we offer a 30-Day Comfort Guarantee.

We have three options for returns:

1. Exchange - 100% Free
2. Store Credit - 100% Free
3. Product Refund - Minus Return Shipping Cost

Exchanges - 100% free

As long as you are within the 30-day return period, you can exchange your Roamies for free.

Store Credit - 100% free

Alternatively, you can choose a store credit in the form of a gift card for our online store. The return postage cost will be free. 

Product Refund less the return postage cost

Full on refunds are a product refund less the return shipping cost.

The refund is for the product only and does not include original shipping costs. 

How much does the return shipping cost?

The return shipping cost is based on the courier fees and is subject to change. The cost includes full tracking, and refunds are processed once the items has been scanned.

Here's a breakdown of the return shipping cost based on the number of pairs being returned:

1 - 2 pairs = $7.99

3 - 4 pairs = $10.00

5 - 6 pairs = $12.00
